Terms and Conditions

RestoRacing ("RR") will not be bound without documentation and a signed agreement.

In the event RR is unable to deliver the merchandise or work specified as and when specified, Customer's sole right shall be to cancel Customer's order and to receive a refund of any portion of any deposit or pre-payment that is not offset by work in progress.

If RR performs services or constructs, erects, inspects or delivers as a result of any contract entered into, Customer will defend, indemnify and hold harmless RR from all loss or the payment of all sums of money by reason of all accidents, injuries, or damages to persons or property that in any way arise out of, or relate to, the subject matter of such agreement, except such claims as may result from the grossly negligent act or omission of RR, its officers, agents, or employees.

Customer agrees not to release any advertising copy mentioning RR or quoting the opinion of any of RR's employees unless such copy is approved, in writing, by RR before release.

Customer agrees to reimburse costs and hold harmless and indemnify RR from any and all damages RR may suffer or pay by reason of Customer furnishing goods and/or services which are defective or which are not as specified.
